How do I book my first walk?
Simply fill out the contact form above or call us at (917) 575-5451. We'll schedule a consultation to learn about your pet, discuss your needs, and answer any questions.
What happens during a consultation?
During the consultation, we get to know your pet, discuss their needs and preferences, answer your questions, and determine the best service plan.
How far in advance do I need to book?
For primary service areas, we can often accommodate same-day bookings. For extended areas, we recommend 24-48 hours notice. Members may have priority scheduling.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
No problem! Members can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. For one-time bookings, we typically request 24 hours notice—contact us and we’ll help.
Do you serve my neighborhood?
We serve Manhattan (Downtown & Midtown, select Uptown) and select Brooklyn neighborhoods. Check our Coverage Area page for the current list. If you don't see yours, contact us and we’ll confirm availability.
How do I become a member?
