Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes! There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time with no penalties. Unused walks from your current month will remain available until used.
What happens if I don't use all my walks in a month?
Unused walks roll over to the next month, so you never lose what you've paid for. However, walks expire after 60 days to keep the program fair for all members.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely! You can change your membership tier at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences.
Do I get the same walker every time?
Premium and Elite members are matched with a dedicated walker for consistency. Basic members get priority scheduling but may work with different walkers based on availability.
Are there any additional fees?
